Yes All Non-Canadian Citizens will require a Passport to enter the Country. Estimated time for Renewals and newly issued Passports are 3-4 Months.

We have secured a limited number of rooms blocked at the Hotel Resort.   In order to get the hotel discounted room rate, all attendees must book and secure their reservations by December 1, 2024, to get the discounted rate.   If you missed the deadline for booking and securing your hotel room, please notify the Reunion Coordinators as soon as possible.  Remember, the Discounted Room Rates are on a First Come First Serve Basis.  If all the allocated Room blocks are Reserved/Taken before the December 1st, 2024 or if you missed the December 1st, 2024 deadline to book your Reservation, please contact the Reunion coordinators immediately for additional options and instructions that maybe available.

Yes, you can extend your stay at the hotel with prior notification upon booking your reservation and they will honor the discounted rate based on availability.

The Discounted Rates are as Follows:

Standard Room with King Bed: $190/Per Night

Standard Room with 2 Queen Beds: $220/Per Night

1 Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed: $300/Per Night

All Room rates are quoted in Canadian Dollar.

The Minimum deposit required by each attendee 9 years and older is $50.00.
The method of acceptable payment are as follows:
United States Residents may use Zelle which is FREE of Cost
Canadian Residents may use E-Transfer which is FREE of Cost.
Attendees from other countries may use PayPal, Western Union, World Remit or your local mail services.

The $200.00 charge covers the following items.

* Venue for Holding the Reunion (Ballroom)

* Chartered Luxury Tour Bus

* T-Shirts

* Dinner on 7-3-2024 @ The Pickering Casino Hotel Resort

* Refreshments & Horderves during the Meet & Greet @ the Resort

* Entertainment – Live DJ with music and dancing

* Food and Refreshment at the Family Barbeque/Snacks

* Rental of Tables and Chairs for Setup of Events

We would like all attendees to stay at the resort, however that may not be possible. Most of the events will be scheduled at the Resort location so it would be easier, convenient and accessible for the family during the Reunion.
Yes. There is Airbnb available in Pickering for rental. However, please keep in mind that this is a Holiday Week on both sides of the Border (US & Canadian) side. There may be limited supply of units available for Rental.
Renting a car would be advantageous during your stay in Toronto. This would give you the freedom to move around as you wish. The tour Buses would only be responsible for taking us to Niagara Falls and back to the Resort. Therefore, any additional places you wish to go you would have to provide your own transportation at your own expense. The links to the Rental Car companies are listed on the Reunion Instruction Page.
The Pickup and Drop Off Location for the Niagara Tour Buses will be in the parking lot of the Pickering Casino Hotel Resort. Estimated Departure Time is 11:00AM.
ABSOLUTELY.  We will welcome all family members and the guests of our family to join us in celebrating this happy and wonderful occasion.  However, all family members and their invited guests must complete their registration form, give us their T-Shirt size and send in their Reunion Deposits to secure their spots at the Reunion. NO EXCEPTION
Please advise the Reunion Coordinators upon registration what Food Allergies or Dietary Restriction that you may have.
There are many food options at the resort that will delight your taste buds. In addition, there are multiple outside dining options available to you.
Please inform the Reunion Coordinators that you may require Extra Assistance at the time of Registration.

Canadian Exchange Rate to the US Dollar is .73 Cents to the US Dollar.

Canadian Exchange Rate to the British Pound Sterling is.56 Cents to the British Pound Sterling.

Canadian Exchange Rate to the Jamaican Dollar is 115.57 to the Canadian Dollar.  Exchange Rates may fluctuate and change daily.

There is an abundance of Parking to accommodate all of our families and invited Guests. The Parking is Totally FREE of Cost.
Each guest is solely responsible for their travel arrangements to & from the Airport. There are several options available to our family and guests. They are as follows: Car Rental, Uber, Carpooling with other family members. There are no Shuttle Bus Service provided by the Hotel Casino Resort.
