Broomfield Family Reunion - 2025

Thursday, July 3rd – Sunday, July 6th, 2025

Passport Documents:

If you are traveling from outside of Canada, you will need a Passport from the country you are traveling from. (Examples Jamaica, United States or England).  If you do not have a Passport or your Passport is Expired, you will need a Valid Passport to travel to Canada.  The average turnaround time to renew or obtain a Passport is approximately 3-4 months.

Reunion Deposit:

Each person attending the Broomfield Family Reunion will be required to submit an initial deposit of $50.00  per person to attend the reunion.  The total cost breakdown per person by age group is listed below.  The charges per person will cover some of the expenditures associated with having the Family Reunion.  Your deposit will cover some meals, Tour Buses to Niagara Falls, T -Shirts and some of your activities during the Reunion. All deposits are Non-Refundable. The deposit of each attendee will secure their spot for the Broomfield Reunion. You may send your deposit by Zelle in USA and E-Transfer in Canada. All other deposits may be sent through Western Union or World Remit. 

 

The total cost breakdown per attendees are as follows:

                  Adults Ages 18 & Over    $200.00

                  Teenagers Ages 13-17    $150.00

                  Children Ages 9-12         $100.00

                  Newborn- 8 Yrs Old          Free    

             

All deposits must be paid by December 1st, 2024.  

Final payments must be paid in full by April 30, 2025.

Note:  All completed Registration Forms MUST  be accompanied by a Deposit to secure your space at the family reunion.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Thank You.

However, if you wish not to stay at the suggested hotel listed above, there are Airbnb that may be available for rental during your stay in Canada. All Hotel lodging costs are the sole responsibility of the attendee.  Please secure your lodging reservations early because it is the week of Canada’s Independence, so there will be a lot of activities occurring that week with limited supply of lodging

Transportation

Charter Buses will be provided for our excursion to Niagara Falls only, which will be covered by your deposit.   However, if you wish to rent a car during your stay in Canada, please notify us on your registration form.  Please reserve the vehicle as soon as you can.  It is a holiday week and there may be a limited supply of vehicles.  Public transportation is also available such Uber, Buses and Trains.   In addition, you can carpool with other family members.

Dress Code and Attire:

The Broomfield Family Reunion is packed with lots of Fun activities for all age group. Please prepare to dress comfortably with loose fitting clothing, very comfortable shoes/sneakers for your outdoor activities. Dinner attire is casual.

Currency & Money:

Please keep in mind the US $Dollar is stronger than the Canadian Dollar. Therefore, the US Dollar has more purchasing power than the Canadian Dollar. Currently, the Canadian Dollar is .73 Cents for every US Dollar. Please keep in mind the exchange rate may change daily.
